We started by analyzing their previous campaigns and customer journey flow.

While leads were coming in, Windsor Troika was losing momentum between capture and conversion. Many prospects weren’t visiting the site, and those who did weren’t properly nurtured. The sales team lacked real-time access to lead data, leading to delayed responses and missed opportunities.

We identified 3 major issues:

  • Slow Follow-Ups: Leads weren’t contacted within the golden 5-minute window

  • No Structured Flow: Walk-in scheduling and confirmations were manual and inconsistent

  • Low Nurture Engagement: No retargeting or reminder sequences in place to re-engage interested users

These issues were bleeding potential bookings. Fixing them became our priority before scaling further.
